They also keep you feeling fuller longer as they take up space in your stomach. They're also great as substitutes for breakfast or snack and they're quick to make. So if you start using this recipe you'll have a better chance of losing belly fat than if you're not having smoothies.

Right now I'm going to show you the health benefits of all the ingredients listed below. Oranges are high in vitamin C, fight against colon cancer & cardiovascular diseases, reduce cholesterol, protect against heart diease, and protect men's sperm. Mixed berries increase good cholesterol, improve blood pressure, high in antioxidants, and fiber. Whey protein helps you build muscle and the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. The 5 ingredients in the smoothie I'm going to share with you today are: strawberries, cherries, blueberries, milk, and whey protein powder. Let's go over how each of these ingredients can help you. So today I'm going to share some smoothie recipes that have helped me lose belly fat. As I've mentioned before smoothies are great for losing belly fat because they keep you feeling full, they're healthy, and it can save you time since they're great at replacing meals and quick to make. Bottom line if you're not using smoothies you'll have a tougher time losing belly fat than if you are.

So first thing you need is a blender and you don't need a top of the line blender but you also don't want something super cheap. You want a blender that is powerful enough to handle ice cubes easily. Find a blender that's rated 350 watts and above should be fine.

All the recipes listed below are for two servings so if you only need it for one serving then cut all the ingredients in half. Don't forget you can store your smoothies to have as a snack later on. By the way, one common ingredient you'll see in all my smoothie recipes is whey protein powder. Whey is a easy way to include protein and protein is the building block of building muscles.

The more muscle you have on your body the more calories you burn and the more calories you burn the flatter your belly gets. Simple huh?  You can find whey protein at any health or vitamin store.

Also these recipes are not set in stone so feel free to adjust them to your liking. Don't go overboard and triple the ingredients and drink it all in one sitting. Too much of a good thing can be bad for you as well.

2 Navel Oranges (Peel them, get rid of the pith and chop it up into pieces)

1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries

1 Orange (Peel them, get rid of the pith and chop it up into pieces)

1 Cup of Unsweetened Pomegranate Juice (This was very tough for me to find and the only brand in my local stores that I could find without any added sugars was called Lakewood. I'm sure there are others but try your best to find an unsweetened version)

1 Serving Of Whey Protein

So there are two easy recipes you can start using right now to lose belly fat. What I want you to do right now is make your next grocery shopping list and add the ingredients for both smoothies onto it.
